Support the LGBTQ+ and Allies Staff Network gain NHS Rainbow Badge Accreditation!
The LGBTQ+ and Allies Staff Network championed and were successful in being nominated for Phase 2 of the NHS Rainbow Badge Scheme, an assessment and accreditation model which will allow us as a Trust to demonstrate our commitment to reducing barriers to healthcare for LGBT+ people, whilst evidencing the good work we have already undertaken.
The feedback that will be provided throughout this process will allow us to achieve the next level and help facilitate meaningful change.
To achieve this accreditation, the LGBTQ+ Staff Network needs your support!
