The Trust proudly offers an internal training catalogue of over a 100 different courses with multiple offerings of each course per year, these courses are designed to support staff within their current job role and develop strengths and skills. Courses that we offer include Recruitment and Selection, Equality and Diversity, Planning your Career, Emotional intelligence, Microsoft Office skills plus access to e-learning modules including our subscription to NHS Elect and ClincialSkills.net

Bedfordshire Hospitals also supports staff to achieve academic excellence by attending external courses ranging from 1 day courses to masters level qualifications which can be accessed via our CPD funds or via apprenticeship routes.
