Emma Hardwick, Director of Midwifery

It’s an incredibly exciting time to join our maternity services at the L&D. We are looking to recruit a number of new staff members to be part of our maternity team and wider perinatal services as we move into this new facility. We have a comprehensive Perinatal Improvement Plan being informed, led and delivered with our frontline clinical teams across our services and are committed to supporting our staff in the delivery of safe, effective and responsive care. Zoe Radwell, General Manager

Our friendly maternity team support approximately 5,500 births a year within a multicultural and diverse community. As we navigate the ever growing population of Bedfordshire we are keen to recruit into the team to support us provide holistic and evidenced based care to the families we look after.
