Skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, TMJ (jaw joint disease), facial deformity and trauma, salivary disease and surgery, facial aesthetics (non-surgical and surgical).

Education and Training

Mr Parbhoo studied Molecular Medicine & Molecular Oncology at the Royal Free Hospital. After two years of maxillofacial/plastic surgery training, he then went on to study dentistry at King’s College London. Mr Parbhoo later completed his higher surgical training in the East of England Deanery. During this time, he was also elected as Specialty Trainee Representative on the Specialty Trainee Committee, East of England Deanery (2010-14).

Experience

After higher surgical training he applied for the TIG Fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery and was appointed. Mr Parbhoo was later made a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Bedford and Luton Hospitals in 2015. Mr Parbhoo is also involved in teaching on several international courses supported by the Royal College of Surgeons and BAOMS as well as locally run regional courses.

Research

Mr Parbhoo has produced many of his own publications as well as being a reviewer for three peer reviewed journals: British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Annals of the RCS England and the Bulletin of the RCS England.
