The temporary suspension to visiting on our adult inpatient wards has now been lifted across both our hospital sites (Bedford Hospital and the Luton and Dunstable University Hospital).
One patient can now have one visit from a close family contact / loved one for one hour, every other day. These visits must be pre-booked with the ward directly.
This change excludes our maternity, paediatric, neonatal and end of life patients where special visiting arrangements continues as normal.
