Dr Ramsay trained in Leeds at the internationally renowned St James’ teaching hospital. I successfully completed higher training in both respiratory and general internal medicine and completed sub-speciality in lung cancer, airways disease, intestinal lung disease, pulmonary infection including tuberculosis and bronchiectasis, sleep medicine, ventilation, cough and pulmonary vascular disease.
I provide a comprehensive respiratory outpatient practice at The Cobham Clinic where I have access to excellent diagnostic facilities including full repertoire of imaging and detailed physiological studies including full lung function and sleep studies. I am thorough, have high clinical standards and respond to all requests on an urgent basis.
I am passionate about service improvements, patient safety and maximising the patient experience, this has led to my appointment as medical director at the Luton and Dunstable University Foundation Trust.
My work in the field of Lung Cancer has been recognised and has led to my recent appointment to Clinical Cancer Lead across Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes STP.
