Dr Edroos is a consultant cardiologist at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. He is the clinical lead for coronary intervention at the hospital. He previously worked in complex cardiac intervention at three of the busiest centres in England, Canada and Ireland. His UK training has been in Essex, Leicester, London, Oxford, and Warwick.

Alongside comprehensive clinical training, he has a PhD in ischaemic heart disease, and presently recruits to ongoing international research trials in this field. He co-leads the training of medical students from University College London Medical School based at Luton, and has a masters in medical education from the University of Cambridge. He supervises the development of cardiologists at Luton, and is on the Specialty Training Committee for cardiology in the East of England region.
