The Trust has zero tolerance for bullying and harassment in the workplace. It is important for all staff to recognise bullying and harassment and also reflect on their own behaviour in the work place. This e-learning training provides support for staff and managers to recognise these behaviours in themselves and others. ​

The bullying and harassment training is e-learning that can be found on ESR.

You can complete training for the following systems on the Digital Learning Solutions (DLS) online platform.

The Trust is offering three different levels of Excel training – Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced.

Staff from both sites are welcome to book onto this training. We are looking for training room provision to book dates at the Luton site.

You can access Microsoft Office E-Learning via ESR or DLS.

To complete via ESR, you must register with the DLS to gain a pin number. Once you have your pin you can access the following Microsoft Office e-learning packages:​

  • 000 Outlook for the Workplace
  • 000 Office Essentials for the Workplace
  • 000 PowerPoint for the Workplace
