Care Certificate

All non-registered Clinical Support Staff are required to complete the Care Certificate. Some staff who are in this job role may be exempt from completion. ​

There are two parts for a full completion of the Care Certificate:

1. Completion of 15 Care Certificate e-learning modules
2. Complete a practical assessment

​You can now complete the theoretical aspect of your Care Certificate via ESR. Search for the Learning Certification “418 E-Learning – Care Certificate”.​
