Locally Employed Doctors (LEDs)

Luton and Dunstable University Hospital

As an LED based at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital you can expect to attend an LED Enhanced Induction with the LED Tutor; Dr Anamika Agrawal. This allows her to introduce herself to you, welcome you to the Trust, inform you the Trust policies and to answer any questions you may have. An Educational Supervisor will also be allocated to you as well as a Study Leave budget.

Medical Education takes pride in offering learning opportunities to our clinical staff and thus LED Study Days take place regularly as an opportunity for networking, to help you settle into the Trust and to help enhance your knowledge and skills set.

In addition to this, we have LED Representatives based on site to help and guide you should you need them.
